"Since the 10 years I helped in bars where my dad worked, and there I discovered my vocation. Over time, along with my brother, we decided to start a gastronomic business in Germany but finally ended up in Mallorca, seduced by the beauty and tranquility of the island ”. This is the story of the founder of the most outstanding Mallorcan restaurants: La Bodeguita, Llagost y The GreenBox, who have known about innovation and creativity, captivating the local market with unique and well-specialized proposals.

Located on the Cala Ratjada Promenade, La Bodeguita is the favorite place for both residents and tourists, with beautiful views of the sea and "typical dishes based on the elaboration of different meats from farms on the island", its creator tells. Tapas have also become the restaurant's specialty, although such was its repercussion that Llagost decided to create itself, an establishment with more than fifty different varieties of tapas that is especially innovative for the area.
