Cova Negra – Multi-sensory cuisine

For those who love good food, the Mallorcan trampó is a typical starter which belong to this region and it is made with vegetables. It is a delicious salad specially for the summer and preparing it is so simple that it would only take a few minutes. A fresh and colorful dish that even the most demanding palates would enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 cans of tuna in vegetable oil
  • 2 anchovies
  • Olive oil
  • Black olives
  • Parsley
  • Pepper
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Salt

Chop the peppers and the onion into small dices. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop them. Then, chop the anchovies and mix with the olives. Prepare a vinaigrette integrating the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Finally, put the pepper, onion, tomato, olives and anchovies in layers. On top, spread the chopped tuna, a pinch of salt and the vinaigrette.

Ready to serve!
