During the day and also throughout our lives we must be assertive – ask for what we really want and say what we think-, spend our money on experiences -travel, studies- not on material objects, and do not postpone them. Thereby, we will be curious and we will be satisfied with our day.
We must add the value of smiling, taking care of our posture when walking and sitting, listening to music and taking care of our physical appearance. Also, it is important to know how to accept our defeats and learn from them, as well as our victories. That is why it is fundamental to surround ourselves with good memories.
The list seems to be simple and indeed, it is. The key is never put it aside until it turns into a habit. Because when we improve ourselves, we improve the world.
